LAV-SLP Acrylic

The LAV-SLP Screen is able to overcome many of the problems associated with bright room conditions. It is specially designed for One-Tube projectors like DLP, Polysilicone or ILA projectors. The LAV-SLP screen produce magnificient images form data and video from the new generation projectors with one-projection lens eg. LCD and DLP projectors.

It also has an Anti-Reflective surface on the viewing side. This unique diffusion-material allows a wide viewing angle and diminishes the "Hot Spot" from the projector. The screen is suitable with new light-intensive projectors producing more than 300 ANSI lumens/m2 (eg. 500 ANSI for 67" picture).

Projected images are created in a layer made from the special diffusion-material, which are then cast into the liquid acrylic-material by a unique process. This process ensures that the best possible images are produced. It also resultes in a well resistant surface that is easy to clean with normal solvents and easy to handle and install.

A projection distance equivalent to the diagonal of the projected image is needed but projecting from a distance longer than this is recomended. However it can be used to adapt to different environments, as the screen-structure is independent of a prescribed focal distance. Because of this several screens can be assembled into one large unit. LAV-SLP screens are even suitable for outdoor installations and are durable enough to last for many years in such an environment, just like all Plexiglas materials.

Recommended focal distance for all models:
Projection that is equal to or longer than the diagonal of the image.
